Description.
Decreases the overall number of walkbys on streets.
Also removes certain walkby types (eg. Vampire, Alien) and/or adds some (eg. Dog Walker).
The edits vary depending on the world and town. Refer to the table below.
Base game compatible, but packs are needed for expansion pack specific NPCs (eg. stray cats) to show up.
The mod visibly decreases the number of walkbys. If this is not for you, don't use it.
