Removes StrangerVille NPCs (Scientist, Military) from Bar and Library
AFTER finishing storyline (World Stage 4)
!The mod only prevents the game from generating new strangerville NPCs
If there are already exsiting NPCs, they can still appear in lots
Delete them from your save first to completely remove them
